Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTERF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,129 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTERF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome separation, Otolith mineralization, and Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with MTERF4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF4-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chromosome separation grouped by MTERF4-low versus MTERF4-high in BONE.
