MTERF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,076 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, ATAD2_S342, and RBM12B. Each is linked with MTERF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF3-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF3 versus YTHDF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
