MTERF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, DIDO1, and SART3. Each is linked with MTERF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF2 versus RCOR3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
