Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,115 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGRT, PEX11G, and PDE10A. Each is linked with MTERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF2 versus FCGRT in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
