MTERF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,343 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, ARMC10, and PDAP1. Each is linked with MTERF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF1 versus GTF2I in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
