Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD5, NCCRP1, and COX6CP6. Each is linked with MTERF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF1 versus MFSD5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
