MTERF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,714 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM48, FAM200A, and KRIT1. Each is linked with MTERF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF1 versus RBM48 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
