MTDHP3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTDHP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTDHP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MTDHP3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTDHP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and CESC show a favorable association.

ESCA, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MTDHP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
