Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTDHP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTDHP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MTDHP2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTDHP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LUAD show a favorable association.

MESO, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where MTDHP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
