MTDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS21P2, IGHD2-15, and MRPS16P2. Each is linked with MTDH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTDH-to-partner and partner-to-MTDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS21P2 grouped by MTDH-low versus MTDH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
