Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM42, CEACAM4, and TCP10L2. Each is linked with MTDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTDH-to-partner and partner-to-MTDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM42 grouped by MTDH-low versus MTDH-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
