Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,633 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and snRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MTCYBP9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP9-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP9 results are reported.
