Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCYBP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCYBP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MTCYBP6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCYBP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and OV are the cancer types where MTCYBP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
