Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,197 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with MTCYBP45 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP45-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP45 results are reported.
