Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,572 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Proton transmembrane transport, and Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process. Each is linked with MTCYBP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP4-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP4 results are reported.
