Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,115 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Regulation of cell morphogenesis. Each is linked with MTCYBP34 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP34-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP34 results are reported.
