Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,701 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of DNA binding, and Protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with MTCYBP33 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP33-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP33 results are reported.
