Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCYBP32 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCYBP32 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher MTCYBP32 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCYBP32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

THCA, DLBC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MTCYBP32 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
