Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,187 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein kinase activity, Response to carbohydrate, and Regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with MTCYBP23 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP23-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP23 results are reported.
