The most reproducible MTCYBP20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein kinase A signaling, Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, and Regulation of ATP metabolic process. Each is linked with MTCYBP20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP20-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP20 results are reported.
