Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCYBP19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCYBP19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MTCYBP19 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCYBP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

CHOL, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where MTCYBP19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
