Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCYBP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,481 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCYBP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Protein folding. Each is linked with MTCYBP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCYBP11-to-partner and partner-to-MTCYBP11 results are reported.
