Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO3P42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,287 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO3P42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with MTCO3P42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P42-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by MTCO3P42-low versus MTCO3P42-high in STAD.
