MTCO3P35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO3P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,196 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO3P35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, CLEC3B, and ANGPTL2. Each is linked with MTCO3P35 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P35-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P35 versus BBS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO3P35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO3P35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
