Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO3P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,698 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO3P35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosomal lumen acidification, Actin filament bundle organization, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with MTCO3P35 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P35-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P35 results are reported.
