Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCO3P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCO3P24 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MTCO3P24 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCO3P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD and STAD show a favorable association.
DLBC, HNSC, and TGCT are the cancer types where MTCO3P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
