MTCO2P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,500 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP9, FES, and RNF144A. Each is linked with MTCO2P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P5-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P5 versus MMP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
