MTCO2P22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,628 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with MTCO2P22 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P22-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative phosphorylation grouped by MTCO2P22-low versus MTCO2P22-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
