MTCO2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,709 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, SRA1, and APBB1IP_S526. Each is linked with MTCO2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P2 versus PARP14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
