MTCO2P19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, ZFR, and RBM12. Each is linked with MTCO2P19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P19-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P19 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
