MTCO2P15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,960 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEAK1, KANK2_S323, and TGFB1I1_S403. Each is linked with MTCO2P15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P15-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P15 versus PEAK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
