MTCO2P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAP3, SLIRP, and TBRG4. Each is linked with MTCO2P12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P12-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P12 versus DAP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
