MTCO1P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THRA_S12, NDUFS4, and ARHGDIA_S34. Each is linked with MTCO1P5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P5-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P5 versus THRA_S12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
