Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,206 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Negative regulation of growth, and Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MTCO1P5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P5-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P5 results are reported.
