Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,399 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, Regulation of cellular response to heat, and Positive regulation of amide metabolic process. Each is linked with MTCO1P4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P4-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P4 results are reported.
