The most reproducible MTCO1P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome maturation, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with MTCO1P29 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P29 results are reported.
