The most reproducible MTCO1P15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, Proton transmembrane transport, and Regulation of binding. Each is linked with MTCO1P15 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P15-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P15 results are reported.
