The most reproducible MTCO1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01687, LINC01666, and FAM230C. Each is linked with MTCO1P1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P1 results are reported.
