MTCH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,952 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO7, RRM1, and RRM2. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCH2 versus IPO7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
