Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,447 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2, GIMAP6, and CDC42EP5. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCH2 versus RARRES2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
