Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM150B, ZNRF1, and PRSS45P. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM150B grouped by MTCH2-low versus MTCH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
