Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, MSH2, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.
