Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation grouped by MTCH2-low versus MTCH2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
