Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, EPPIN, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with MTCH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH2 results are reported.
