Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,567 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF5, CCR7, and IL2RA. Each is linked with MTCH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCH1 versus RNF5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
