MTCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, IGFBP2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with MTCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MTCH1-low versus MTCH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
