Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, PSORS1C1, and POFUT2. Each is linked with MTBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTBP-to-partner and partner-to-MTBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTBP versus TFRC in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
