The most reproducible MTATP6P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Regulation of glucose metabolic process. Each is linked with MTATP6P9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP6P9-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP6P9 results are reported.
