Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTATP6P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTATP6P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MTATP6P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTATP6P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

KIRC, STAD, and LAML are the cancer types where MTATP6P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
