Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTATP6P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,554 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTATP6P17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Hormone-mediated signaling pathway, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with MTATP6P17 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP6P17-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP6P17 results are reported.
